What's included in the membership?
Fortnightly meet ups (online) - each session we will focus on different topics that fall under the 4 pillars of BEAT, such as; help managing flare ups, pain neuroscience, how to do somatic tracking, journaling tips, diet tips, sleep enhancing tips, ideas to get us active within our tolerance zone, different therapies. We will also set different challenges to keep us on track but without it being overwhelming. This is also a chance for live Q&A.
Exclusive access to our private Facebook group - this is a supportive space to share your journey - both it's highs and lows. It's also where we follow up the fortnightly calls with any Q&As and keep you accountable to the challenges set.
