How long does the program last?

The program is designed to be 6 weeks long but some start to feel reduced pain in less time and some take longer. This can be dependant on your commitment and how long you have been in pain for.

When will I have no pain?

This one varies from person to person as it depends on commitment and how long you’ve been in pain for.  You might not become totally pain free but the program will give you a better quality of life and actionable steps on what to do with flare ups in the future.  It will certainly give you back control over your pain and make you fear it less so you can get on with the activities you enjoy.

What if I have other health issues, will this program still work for me?

Book a free consultation call and we can discuss together whether we think it suitable as everyone is different. What I’ve found with previous clients, is that this guidance helps them live a healthier life in general and can often help other ailments too.  If you are unsure, I recommend you consult your doctor first and speak to them about joining this program.
