Glute Strengthening Pilates
Gluteal weakness is very often associated with lower back pain and other back and neck pain. This short series of exercises is very easy to fit in each day and requires no equipment other than a mat so you can do it anywhere.

Lower Back Mobility
This is a short 10 minute series of mobility exercises and stretches designed to increase mobility in the back. For those with back pain, even lying on the ground may feel uncomfortable or even painful. If this is the case just focus on lying still until the back relaxes then build each movement step by step. It is important to bear in mind that we can break every step into smaller steps and by achieving those steps we can summit and overcome.
Attempting this video in the morning is preferential in order to prepare our bodies for the day ahead. Controlled breath one of the foundation of Pilates and will help the body and mind relax. We will build on this in future videos.
