Ingredients

  • 2 lemons peeled with pith and pips removed
  • 20g fresh ginger peeled and cut into pieces
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 200g water chilled
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Method

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for about a minute.

Then strain through a sieve or fine mesh and either refrigerate or serve.

This makes 6 portions.
