Led by Katie Rothwell alongside breathwork specialist Cat Merrick, this session will help you understand how stress and shallow breathing can keep the body stuck in tension, and pain — and how simple changes in your breath can begin to calm the nervous system, reduce pain, and restore a sense of ease. You’ll leave with easy, effective tools you can use in everyday life to feel more relaxed, in control, and ultimately help to dial down pain.
